It’s Late

Foz was my best mate at college. We played football together. We always used to say he'd win 9 out of 10 headers - I used to play sweeper and he played directly in front of me as centre-half.

Foz and I are big Queen fans, but a lot of our favourite tracks are lesser-known ones. We used to chat a lot about Queen when we were students.

No-one ever had an unkind word to say about Foz. He was one of the good guys. It's been several years since I last saw him and it doesn't seem possible that I'll never see him again. He'll be sorely missed.
